Do you ever feel confident in some moments but suddenly hesitate, overthink, or doubt yourself in others?

This small-group workshop explores practical, mind and body-based tools that help you feel calmer, more grounded, and more confident when those moments arise.

Through gentle yoga, mindfulness, somatic awareness, and guided hypnotherapy, you’ll learn how confidence is supported not only by mindset but also by the way your body and nervous system respond to challenges.

In this supportive and relaxed environment, you’ll have the opportunity to:

  • release tension through simple movement

  • recognise the body signals that appear when confidence wobbles

  • understand how thoughts, emotions, and posture interact

  • learn simple tools to reset and reconnect with confidence

 

You’ll leave with practical techniques you can use whenever you want to feel more calm, capable, and self-assured.
